2011/2012 CFP Registration

Deadlines of June 30, 2011, for Grades 1-6, and June 1, 2011, for Early Childhood, for the return of forms need to be honored. Placement in a faith formation program is important and planning properly for the upcoming year requires prompt registration. If paying tuition fees are a difficulty, please contact Mary Pat Austing, 398-3821 x. 3110 or austingmp@stsusanna.org. Do not delay, return your completed registration forms as soon as possible. And please be aware that all first graders must be enrolled in a faith formation program in their first grade school year in order to be prepared for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion in the second grade. At least two years of enrollment in the faith formation program is necessary for sacrament preparation. Please contact Mary Pat Austing, 398-3821 ext 3110 with questions.
