OUR GOALS ARE: First, to be ambassadors of faith, hope and love to people, places and the neglected in this area. Second, to redistribute freely given material wealth of others to the poor.
WHAT DO WE DO? Collect and distribute the following items to needy families in our local area. These items are accepted throughout the year:
-Men's, women's, children's clothing, as well as winter hats, gloves, scarves, coats, AND blankets
-Boxed Valentines
-First Communion dresses and suits/pants/shirts/ties
-Dyed hard-boiled eggs, bubbles, kites, etc. for an Easter egg hunt
-School supplies and backpacks for the lists of Mason, Lakota, Lebanon, Kings, etc.
-Pumpkins to carve for Halloween, as well as Halloween costumes
-Fried turkey dinners and all the trimmings for Thanksgiving
-Offer "Adopt-a-Family" opportunity at Christmas
-Collect and distribute items for outreach ministries, such as, Mary Magdalene House, St. Francis-St. Joseph Catholic Worker House, Teen Challenge, C.A.I.N., and the poor in Appalachia
