Beginning October 2023, our current fixed interest rate will increase to a variable based interest rate. As a result of this impending increase, our goal is to significantly pay down our parish loan for the building of the church by September. We are asking you to prayerfully consider donating to this effort in the upcoming months.
- As of March 31, 2023 the balance on the loan was $802,398.03
- April donations for debt reduction totaled $8,256.
- May donations for debt reduction totaled $9,161.
- June donations for debt reduction totaled $10,820.
- The current loan balance is $738,862.41.
